Calcium Phosphate Ionic Clusters (CPICs) are Pac-Dent’s exclusive biomimetic technology designed to support natural enamel remineralization.
These nano-sized, bioactive mineral clusters penetrate demineralized enamel and exposed dentin, helping the tooth form new hydroxyapatite as part of its natural mineral structure. This approach supports enamel from within rather than simply coating the surface.
By mimicking the body’s natural mineralization process, CPICs also support dentinal tubules, assisting in long-lasting sensitivity relief. This provides a more biologically relevant approach to enamel support compared to traditional remineralization technologies.

ProMin F
ProMin F is a fluoride-containing CPIC paste designed for daily enamel support. It delivers calcium, phosphate, and fluoride to help maintain mineral balance when saliva alone may be insufficient, helping reduce the risk of demineralization and sensitivity.
