What if a product I need is not on your site?

Give us a call or send us an email through our contact form ►  and let us know what you’re looking for.  We’ll be more than happy to source the product for you.

Can I call in and place my order?

You can place your order online or by phone with one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representative.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours of submitting your order.  Shipping times may vary based on your location. 

Can I pick up my order?

You may request to pick up your order, if you would like.  The entrance to pick up your order is on the east side of the building.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9:30AM to 5:30PM. 

Friday we are open 9:30AM to 3:30PM.  Saturdays and Sundays we are closed.

Do you ship across Canada?

We ship across Canada using UPS and our own in-house delivery service throughout the greater Toronto area. 

Do you have free shipping?

Free regular shipping applies to all orders over $150.  You have the option to select express shipping for an additional cost.


Loyalty Program and Rewards

Minimum purchase for rewards or to take advantage of the Loyalty Programs?

There is no minimum purchase to participate in our Loyalty Programs.  There is a value associated with each Gift Card or Luxury Rewards.  Dental Dollars or Dental Miles must be earned to redeem.  There is no minimum to participate in the Rebate or Discount program.  To participate in the Rebate or Discount program, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives or Account Managers.

What is the difference between a Dental Mile and a Dental Dollar?

You can accumulate Dental Miles and Dollars by purchasing the items you need.  Every item you buy is a Dental Mile with the exception of wipes and gloves which must be sold as a case for accumulation.  Every dollar you spend, before tax, is a Dental Dollar.  Items on sale or clearance do not count towards Dental Dollars or Dental Miles.

Can I redeem my Dental Miles or Dollars at any time?

You may redeem Dental Miles or Dental Dollars at any time.  Simply accumulate and spend at will.

Can I switch between loyalty programs?

You may switch between Loyalty Programs at any time.  To make the switch, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.

I’d like a copy of my statement or invoice, how do I go about that?

You may check your order history online or call one of our Customer Service Representatives to assist you.

We accept payment by cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
